James Bott’s visit to Andros

James Bott, the young 22-year-old Anglo-Belgian studying for his brevet professionnel art de la cuisine [professional qualification in the art of cooking] at the École des métiers du Lot in Cahors, who won the 9th Jean-Rougié trophy in Sarlat organised by the culinary academy of foie gras and truffles, his teacher Dominique Campergue and his class visiting Andros at the end of June with the trophy.
